BAMBINELLI SUNDAY
At all Masses next weekend 14 / 15 December parishioners are invited to bring the figure of the Child Jesus from their family Crib to Mass for a special blessing. If you don’t have a family crib, there is plenty of time to get one before Bambinelli Sunday.
Christmas Cribs do not need to be elaborate or expensive. A home-made crib with figures bought cheaply online might be even more meaningful.

POPE FRANCIS@PONTIFEX
Awaiting God is an important part of our journey of faith. Each day, the Lord visits us, speaks to us, reveals Himself in unexpected ways, and He will come again at the end of life and time. The Lord therefore urges us to stay awake, be vigilant, and persevere in waiting.
PRAYER FOR VOCATIONS For the future priests of the diocese of Derry that, like St John the Baptist, they will work to "... prepare the way of the Lord, and make his paths straight.... so that all mankind can see the salvation of God." |
